PERSPECTIVE: $APE has traded 3 billion shares since December 2022 until May 1st 2023.

The $APE float at release consisted of 516m shares.

In the first week of $APE, ICS took a position of ~25m $APE shares.

In December of 2022 Antara took a position of roughly 300m $APE shares in exchange for debt and cash.

Over the course of 2023 (Feb – Apr) Millennium took a 49m share position of $APE

All other institutional holders account for less than 6m $APE shares combined.

No major funds (Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street) have recorded $APE positions with the exception of a small Vanguard ETF (1.9m shares).

Since December 2022 until May 1st 2023 $APE has traded over 3 BILLION times.

It would take every single shareholder be it institutional, household, insider, pet rock whatever selling / buying over 3x all issued $APE shares to achieve that.

If it was solely institutional investors, it would take them selling all issued $APE shares more than 10x.

In this entire period, we have seen two periods where in a single week or single day, more than 40m+ $APE shares have FTD’d.
