I don’t know if it was completely overlooked, or if I’ve just been so zen that I missed it entirely, but I have seen ZERO discussion of this filing from 2 months ago. Seriously, if there were posts about it please link them in the comments.

This is just the last paragraph of page 34, but it is HUGE!

4.7 MILLION shares held by only 15 THOUSAND shareholders! That’s an average of 309 shares each!

At that average, just the members of this sub could register 155 million shares – 30% of the entire float!

At that average, the FOUR MILLION shareholders that we know AMC has could register 1,236,000,000 shares! THAT WOULD BE 240% OF THE FLOAT!

People have been clamouring for months for a share count – well, the company is already giving us the only one they have access to!
