The fact that the EU is talking about PFOF and off exchange trading may just line up with a couple things…
We know ole Kenny boy been over to Europe quite a bit in the last year or so and it’s interesting timing as sec starts talking about PFOF ban is this a coincidence or a fairly bigger plan to run all his orders through a European exchange to do his dirty work. Thoughts?
